Q3: What if a toy arrives broken or damaged?

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please share photos/videos within 24 hours. As per our
policy, we will arrange a replacement or refund.

Q4: Do you offer exchanges or refunds?

Exchanges/refunds are only applicable for defective, damaged, or incorrect items. Change of mind is
not covered under our policy.

Toys do not carry official warranties. However, if a faulty item is delivered, a replacement or refund will
