Refund & Exchange Policy

1. At Kidsspace, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, we’re here to make it right!
2. Please ensure that the item is returned in its original condition — unused, unwashed, with tags intact, and in the original packaging.
3. If you notice any issues, kindly inform us within 24 hours of delivery by sending a short video and clear pictures to kidsspacepak@gmail.com.
4. We do not accept returns or exchanges just because you changed your mind or didn’t like the product. However, feel free to reach out to us at kidsspacepak@gmail.com for any concerns, and we will consider your case individually.
5. If the item you received is different from what you ordered, we will gladly process your refund or exchange within 7 days of receiving the returned product.
6. Refunds (in case of order cancellation or product mismatch) will be made to your bank account within 7 working days after we have received and inspected the returned item. Please provide your bank details along with your request at kidsspacepak@gmail.com.
7. Returns must be sent back through a reliable courier or registered postal service, and the shipping cost will be borne by you. Please note that shipping fees paid to the courier cannot be refunded.
8. Colors may slightly vary from what is shown online, unless you have paid extra for a specific color. Color differences are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
9. Please avoid placing tape or stickers directly on the manufacturer’s packaging.
10. If the returned product arrives damaged or in poor condition, we reserve the right to send it back to you.
